Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you submit through the contact and quote-request forms on this website.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the service you're asking about, and your message.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your request — to answer your question or prepare a quote. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver your message to us, as described below.

How your message reaches us

Your submission is sent to Axell Tech by email using Resend, a transactional email delivery service. We only ask Resend to deliver that one email to us — we do not instruct Resend to retain your information any longer than that. For details on how Resend itself handles data on its side, see Resend's privacy policy.

If email delivery fails

If your message can't be delivered by email due to a technical problem, a copy of what you submitted may be temporarily saved in Cloudflare KV (a secure data store) so that Axell Tech can still find and respond to your request. This backup copy exists only to make sure your message isn't lost. It is automatically deleted after 30 days, and is never used for any other purpose or kept any longer than that.

Technical logs

When our developers are actively troubleshooting the site, submitted information may also appear briefly in real-time technical debugging logs used to operate it. This is a live, temporary view used only while investigating an issue — it is not a stored or retained record of your submission.

Spam protection

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help tell real visitors apart from automated spam. As part of that check, it may briefly process some technical information from your browser.
